Courtney provides private and group yoga, mat pilates, sculpt, and hiking instruction, in your home or in a studio.

PRICES:

$150 home private instruction (up to 6 people, $40/person after)

$250 private in-studio instruction

• Courtney’s yoga classes are tailor made for each client, ranging from hot and sweaty to restorative and relaxing.

• Courtney’s sculpt classes are fun, fast, and full of sweat. We’ll use weights and other props to get you sweating, strengthened and toned!

• Courtney will go on walk or hike, anything to get you moving and happy!
