A one hour class split into 3 different age groups: 3-5, 6-8, 9-12 years old. Yoginis get started with breathing exercises and name games. During the class, we work on strength, flexibility, balance, positivity, and creativity. This class provides social interaction for your kiddos. It also teaches them focus and to put breath to movement. Children learn to set a healthy fitness foundation for life and learn to get active in fun and silly ways!

An imaginative and self-expressive 45 minute class for children 3-5 years old. Your kiddos learn to use their bodies and get out all that energy in fun and creative ways, with tons of singing, dancing, art, and wiggling! We combine simple yoga poses with fun games that help your children focus on their breathing. They strengthen their sensory and motor skills while increasing flexibility, social awareness and interaction, and relaxation techniques. Each class starts with a short story told to the children, which they act out with their yoga poses.

A 45 minute yoga and pilates based class for you and your babies 3 months-12 months old. This class helps you restore your body's core, strengthen your pelvic floor, and tone your abdominal muscles. You will do some simple squats, easy stretches, and basic back strengtheners. You will even use your baby as a weight! Your kiddos will interact with you and socialize with children their own age.
Be prepared to get reeeeeeeally silly!
A one hour yoga class for teens 13-17.

A one hour yoga class for everyone ages 17 and up!
Sweat, smile, and stretch with this hour and fifteen minute mat pilates class, which is taught in a heated room at about 95°F. We focus on core strength, flexibility, muscle elongation, posture, breathing, and endorphin release! Aerobic exercises are incorporated to boost the heart rate for oxygen level increase. Sporadic stretches are practiced throughout the class, as well as in the end for a final yoga stretching. All classes end in shavasana, with an optional adjustment and foot rub.
